In 5D Flow, your body’s core moves through five directions, each aligned with an element of
nature.
These movements form the foundation of all fluid, healing motion.
✨ Earth — Moving up and down
✨ Fire — Moving forward and back
✨ Water — Moving side to side
✨ Air — Rotating and twisting
✨ Ether — Expanding and contracting
Through elemental movement, you reconnect with nature in its purest form — through your
body.
The Five Synergies of Flow
Each 5D Flow session weaves five key synergies that rewire your nervous system and awaken
your intuitive movement.
✨ Mind Synergy — Move from intuition, not thought.
✨ Joint Synergy — Stabilise and mobilise through your spine and core.
✨ Spinal Synergy — Wave through the spine to energise and restore.
✨ Breath Synergy — Breathe effortlessly through your diaphragm.
✨ Core Synergy — Build strength without stiffness, and flow without force.
✨ Each breath, each motion — a return to your natural rhythm

Certified in 5 Dimensional Synergy, Kundalini, and ISHTA Yoga, and a qualified Pilates instructor, Hila brings over twenty five years of international teaching experience and a lifelong
dedication to yogic study.
As a Sydney-based yoga teacher, she blends the depth of traditional yoga with modern movement science to create classes that restore balance and strengthen both body and mind. Originally from East Germany, Hila discovered yoga in the early 1990s and later deepened her practice through studies in India. Her teachings draw from Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha, Yantra, and Kundalini Yoga, as well as Vipassana meditation and Ayurveda. This integrated background forms the foundation of her holistic approach to movement and wellbeing.
After more than two decades living in Tokyo, alongside extended periods in India, Thailand, South America, and Israel, Hila now shares her practice from her base in Sydney. Her classes nurture strength, clarity, and self-mastery, helping students develop lasting awareness and independence both on and off the mat.
Hila’s classes combine breathwork, mindful sequencing, and flow-based movement inspired by her ongoing studies with Simon Borg-Olivier and the 5 Dimensional Flow Synergy system. Each practice invites students to cultivate harmony between body and mind, enhancing resilience, posture, and presence in everyday life.
“When body and mind connect, mastery begins — and what once seemed impossible becomes possible.”
